Due to its modular structure, the International Leadership Development Program gives its participants a high degree of flexibility in the planning of their training. 


Each level consists of 5-6 modules with a length of 1.5 days / 12 units each. For improved travel efficiency, we always offer three modules in one week. Between modules 1-3 and 4-6, there is a break of several weeks to give participants time to reflect and apply.
