Language: All courses are held in English. Therefore, language proficiency is a key requirement to participate in the ILDP.
-
Level 1 (Supervisory): Participants should have at least one year of work experience.
-
Level 2 (Management): Participants should have completed level 1 of our ILDP or provide evidence of similar training on that level, whether from another provider or inhouse. They should have at least one year of leadership experience on the supervisory level.

Our organization has a larger need for leadership development. Do you offer in-house solutions?
With pleasure! The entire ILDP is also available for in-house training. We are available around the world. The program can be customized to your organization’s needs. Please contact us for a proposal.
Can I sign-up for the ILDP directly (without my organization)?
Certainly! While the usual procedure is that organizations sponsor their leaders through the ILDP, all individuals are welcome to participate if they meet the overall requirements.
Can I visit just one module?
Yes. Our flexible modular structure allows you sign up for just one module. If you want to upgrade to the full package of the same level, the completed module(s) will be credited towards this.
What is the difference between international and local options?
The ILDP is an international program that unites leaders from around the world. Therefore, we encourage every participant to visit another country for at least part of his or her training experience. Because of the logistical and financial implications of this, we offer a local option for participants at Level 1. Here, participants will take all modules in their selected region.
