Intercultural or Diversity Train-the-Trainer Course: Intensive Course in Dubai

Take the full course in just two weeks in Dubai!

January 8-19, 2024: Join our intensive course and become a certified intercultural or diversity trainer. In two intensive weeks in Dubai, we will provide you with everything you need to become a trainer with an accredited German certificate.

The course

This intensive course is a combination of our Intercultural Train-the-Trainer and Diversity Train-the-Trainer courses. Participants join the focus group of their choice (either intercultural or diversity). For some elements of the intensive course, participants from both groups will work together.

In 10 days of face-to-face training, taking place in two consecutive weeks from Monday to Friday, you will receive the content of all four modules of the Train-the-Trainer course.

In addition to the main agenda of the modules, there will be time for the joint development of training concepts and for individual coaching to develop your personal profile as an intercultural or diversity trainer. During carefully crafted excursions in Dubai, you will also get an impression of the city's multicultural life.

Dubai

Our intensive courses in Dubai are designed not only for local participants, but also for participants from all over the world. In recent years, we have welcomed participants from China, Denmark, Germany, Myanmar, Japan, Thailand and the USA to Bangkok. After many successful years in Thailand, the program will now move to Dubai for the first time in 2024.

Of course, we incorporate local elements into our training program. Otherwise, the content and structure of the course is identical to the course we offer online and in Berlin in German and English. If you are unable to come to Dubai for the full two weeks, you can attend only selected modules and complete the remaining modules online or in our intensive course in Berlin.

Dubai is a vibrant and rapidly developing metropolis. As a meeting point of different cultures, the city is the ideal place to immerse yourself in a foreign culture in addition to your course work. Be sure to plan a few extra days for leisure and exploration during your stay in Dubai!

Certification

Due to the preparation required, the certification will not take place during these two weeks in Dubai, but at a later date (usually 3–4 months later). The exam can be taken online at the DVWO in German or English.
